Jason Tarwater

Jason's father and grandfather got him started hunting when he was 14 starting with turkey, but a passion for bowhunting big whitetail soon took over. At 16 he took his largest buck to date; a 13pt non-typical gross scoring 170". He then went to Kansas State University to pursue a Wildlife Biology degree. At KSU Jason was President and VP of the school's Wildlife Society chapter and Chairman of the DU chapter. He graduated in December 08' with the Wildlife degree as well as a Fisheries Biology degree. While at KSU a passion for waterfowl started consuming schoolwork and bow season. Now if he's not sitting in a treestand he is in his Eliminator blind or on the river bank waiting for waterfowl. His life-long goal is to guide youth and handicapped hunters at no cost so they can experience things that most of us take for granted everyday. Jason also just became a Pro-staffer of the Kansas Hunting & Fishing Forum.
Jason is currently working for Ducks Unlimited up in North Dakota.
