Jeff Neal

Jeff was born in Southeast Missouri along the Mississippi River in the area known as the “Bootheel”. This was prior to the area being the waterfowl mecca that it has recently become and so his younger years were spent chasing small game and the occasional quail. He shot his first Canada goose in the fields of Southern Illinois and has been hooked since.
After attending SouthEast Missouri State, Jeff joined the Army to “See the world” and was stationed at Ft. Riley, Kansas. While not a far distance geographically, the difference in the areas in terms of hunting opportunities were night and day. He has decided to make his home in Kansas due to the bountiful hunting and fishing opportunities which exist.
An avid waterfowler, Jeff can also be found hunting gobblers in the spring as well as bow hunting for deer in NE Kansas each fall.
Understanding the need to give back to the resource, Jeff has been involved with Ducks Unlimited for approximately 15 years and has most recently been serving as District Chair for 5 NE Kansas Chapters.
Jeff and Jolene live in Kansas with their two black labs: Kate and Brock (the Wonderdog).
